Frank Russell Company was founded in 1936 and grew its business chiefly by word of mouth until 1995 when it decided to start advertising. Michael was part of the team that reviewed and hired an advertising agency, developed positioning and wrote copy. The merry-go-round ad won an AD-Q award.
